The instructors detailed the standard operating procedure of "Pull, Aim, Squeeze, and Sweep." Department heads and employees took turns performing the operation, extinguishing simulated fires themselves, effectively transitioning from "theoretical knowledge" to "practical mastery" and acquiring initial fire suppression skills.
