To further strengthen all employees' fire safety awareness,普及fire safety knowledge, and comprehensively enhance the company's rapid response, coordinated handling, and self-rescue and mutual aid capabilities in case of fire accidents, while firmly building a "firewall" for production safety, Techong Company organized a full-employee fire emergency drill on July 22, 2026. Through realistic scenario-based training, safety knowledge was effectively internalized and emergency skills were practically mastered.


1. Meticulous Planning and Solid Foundation

Prior to the drill, the company's fire safety officer provided a comprehensive briefing on the drill plan, implementation procedures, evacuation routes, and safety precautions. Pre-drill training focused on core contents including fire alarm procedures, orderly personnel evacuation, self-rescue and mutual aid in fire scenarios, initial fire suppression, and proper use of firefighting equipment. Roles and responsibilities were clearly defined, and knowledge gaps were addressed, laying a solid foundation for a safe, orderly, and efficient drill.


2. Realistic Simulation and Efficient Orderly Evacuation

As the simulated fire alarm sounded, the fire emergency drill officially began. This drill simulated a realistic scenario of a fire breaking out on the first floor of the workshop with smoke spreading, creating an authentic emergency response atmosphere.

Upon the alarm, all employees strictly followed fire safety evacuation protocols, quickly covering their mouths and noses with clothing or wet wipes, staying in a low posture, and moving rapidly along the designated evacuation routes. Everyone followed instructions calmly and orderly, reaching the assembly point quickly and safely. The entire evacuation process was standardized, efficient, and orderly, with no crowding, lingering, or panic, fully demonstrating the employees' strong safety awareness, discipline, and emergency response capabilities.


3. Hands-on Training to Sharpen Emergency Skills

After the evacuation drill, safety instructors conducted targeted practical training based on the on-site drill performance. For the dry powder fire extinguishers commonly used in daily operations, they provided step-by-step demonstrations. The instructors detailed the standard operating procedure of "Pull, Aim, Squeeze, and Sweep." Department heads and employees took turns performing the operation, extinguishing simulated fires themselves, effectively transitioning from "theoretical knowledge" to "practical mastery" and acquiring initial fire suppression skills. Meanwhile, instructors systematically explained practical safety knowledge such as daily fire prevention points in the workshop, safety specifications for electrical equipment, common fire hazard inspection methods, and emergency response measures for sudden fires.

This drill also invited the company's professional fire maintenance vendor to provide on-site instruction, demonstrating the connection methods of fire hydrants and hoses, water discharge operations, and key points for emergency use, further filling employees' operational skill gaps regarding firefighting facilities.


4. Review and Summary for Long-term Safety Mechanisms

This fire emergency drill was highly practical and effectively tested the feasibility of the company's fire emergency plan and the professionalism of the emergency response team. It comprehensively enhanced all employees' fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, and further improved the company's fire safety emergency system.
